Most ready-to-make 3D-printed products are produced within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Custom pieces, larger items, and bulk requests can take longer depending on size, color, and print queue.
Yes—please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually help before production starts or before the parcel is booked with the courier. Once printing or shipping has started, changes may be limited.
Delays usually happen because of print queue volume, custom approval, material or color availability, or courier transit issues. If your order is delayed, message us with your order number and we’ll check the current status for you.
Some items may be packed separately, especially for larger or multi-item orders. If anything is missing after all parcels arrive, contact us with your order number and an unboxing photo so we can fix it quickly.

Most of our products are 3D printed using quality plastic filament suitable for display, desk use, gifting, and light everyday use. Layer lines are a normal part of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
